Consists of a mixture of various qualities of paper not limited as to type of fiber content,such as flyers, coated books(with latex bindings), old magazines(with latex bindings),office sorted papers and printing papers, paper scraps trimmings, kraft papers, paper hand bags, normally generated from residential, multi-material collection programs. Prohibitive Materials may not exceed 2% Outthrows plus prohibitives may not exceed 5% Moisture content: not exceed 12% (all papers must be packed air dry and indoor warehouse)
